Fran Bostwick has been a Rotarian for 33 years and recently she explained what being a Rotarian means to her.
Fran liked what was on the cover of this month’s Rotarian Magazine:  “Rotarians – We do hard work!  We bring people together!  We solve problems!” Fran helps the Loveland Rotary Club out in many ways and one of these is supporting the Four Way Test Programs in our local middle schools.

When she is the rover during the Four Way Test she describes Rotary like this:
Rotary is a service organization that does good things in the community in which it is located.  We identify needs, decide how to meet those needs and work together to make a difference.  Some of the projects tackled by the Loveland Rotary Club include the Hammond Amphitheater, the informative sign boards along the River Trail, Kids Pack program, the annual Duck Race, the Governor’s Art Show and providing Ipads and Chromebooks for all the elementary schools in the district.  The club has also supported international projects in Mexico to set up dental clinics and water resource projects.

Fran said she likes to focus on the local projects because that seems to hit home with local folks and explain what Rotary is all about.
