Our Student Achiever for November was Colby Finnigsmier from Thompson Valley HS.  He was recommended by his Counselor at the school, Amber Bucy, and the presentation was made by Rotarian George Stevens.  Also present at our meeting, to help in the celebration, were Colby's parents and grandparents.

Karoline Woodruff, "District Governor Partner" introduced this project intended to help with the availability of clean water to residents of the Navajo Nation many of whom have to get by with an average of just 7 gallons of water a day!  (The average in the US is about 100 gallons a day.)
