June was a very busy month for the KidsPak summer program with a total of 14,375 meals sent home in 2,875 bags during the month.

The KidsPak distribution was able to utilize many drop off sites during the month of June. The group distributed food at four Thompson School District school sites, five Boys & Girls sites, the Loveland library, and Salvation Army. KidsPak was also able to send food to Alternatives to Violence, the food bank mobile pantry truck and the Sunrise Health Clinic.

KidsPak also sent a special blue bag (15lbs) of food staples to 225 families at the Loveland Housing Authority in June. Our July bag has also been delivered to the LHA and a another one is scheduled for delivery in August. Over the three months, over 12,000 lbs of food will assist these families during these difficult days. This program is supported and made available by the Volentine Foundation.

A special "Thank you" to Tari Mills, Store Director at Sams Club for fulfilling our $12,000 food order. In a time of purchasing limits, she made available critical supplies to KidsPak.
