Planning meeting where the eveing group will plan the meetings, community serice, and activities for the next quarter as well as complete any additional business.

The Loveland Rotary Evening Group meets every 2^nd and 4^th Wednesday of the month from 5:30 – 6:30 PM. Typically the second Wednesday of the month is either a guest speaker, a planning meeting, and once each quarter it is part of an ongoing leadership series. The fourth Wednesday of the month is a social gathering, rotating at a different venue, typically a restaurant, brewery, or other local business. The evening club also schedules regular community service projects, usually occurring on weekends.
