Veteran's Community Project - Longmont receives $5000 Grant from Estes Valley Sunrise Rotary Club
Estes Valley Sunrise Rotary won a $5000 grant from Dignity Memorial for use at the Veterans Community Project in Longmont, Colorado.  The VCP Village consists of tiny homes that provide everything a Veterans needs to live with dignity and security: new furniture, appliances, housewares, bedding, and utilities- all free of charge. 
 
The Village Community Center provides on-site support services as well as a place for residents to socialize and build a strong network of support with other Veterans. 
 
26 Tiny Homes built on concrete slab foundation and attached to city utilities; houses have kitchens and full baths
             320 sq-ft Family Homes          <----->               240 sq-ft Individual Homes
 
Community Center - Houses case managers and other residential support services
 
      
2024 Autumn Gold Raffle Sales Planned to Begin on May 4 at the Estes Park Duck Race!

Come join us at our Tuesday morning club meetings.  
 
Members begin gathering for coffee and/or a buffet breakfast at the American Legion Post 119 at 6:30 a.m.  The business meeting begins at 7:00 a.m. and concludes promptly at 8:00 a.m.  
 
Our Tuesday meetings feature speakers from the Estes Valley community and around the world.  We do not have a regular Tuesday morning meeting on a 5th Tuesday of the month.
