Meeting Notes for July 23, 2026 President Guy Van der Werf rang the bell at 12:00. Chuck Bonza gave the Invocation. Guy led the Pledge of Allegiance. We sang “Edelweiss,” accompanied by Madison Casey. Guests of Rotarians Anne Slack introduced Richard Kimble, who frequently attends. Announcements - Beth Weisberg announced a Community Service Committee meeting right after this meeting, to consider the request for how much and in what form to help, provide scholarship money for EDDC.
- Carl Robicheaux requested additional sponsors for the upcoming concert.
- Scott Robbins announced Coffee Talk, happening on August 1.
Happy Money - Richard Kimble is happy that his son Nathan, who's a banker with Union Bank and Trust in Fort Collins, is now the fourth generation of Rotarians in Richard’s family.
- Scott is happy that his granddaughters were visiting all last week, and they had a delightful time.
- Carl is happy for Bill, and that Scott was not stranded in a hole for hours.
- Pete Sinnott is happy that he got to stand in line at Safeway yesterday, next to Richard Kimble, and got to know him a little bit better.
Program Rick Life introduced the speakers Madison Casey and Dennis Gellhaus, who discussed the Club's Foundation and its finances.
