Thank You to all Club Members from the
Fundraising Committees:
2023 was a great year for all of our fundraising efforts:
Friendship Card
John Denver Tribute Concert
Estes Recycle Day/Shredathon
Christmas Scholarship Dinner
Elkfest, and
these on top of our major effort—the Duck Race!
A “huge thank you” to all Club members whose support---time, talents, and treasures—made all of this possible.
As a result, we head into 2024 with funds available for our outreach efforts, from EVICS to Scholarships!
Thank you, Phil and Tara Moenning

New 2024 Friendship Cards Available
President Karen Thompson & Chuck Bonza
display new 2024 Friendship Card
The 2024 Rotary Friendship Card is now available at CABINtique, Country Market, Estes Park Visitor Center, Macdonald Book Shop, Mad Moose, Safeway Guest Services, Quality Inn and Wynbrier Home/Wynbrier Ltd. This year's card features a magnificent photo of a Mountain Sheep in Rocky Mountain National Park taken by visiting photographer Steven Rishel. Each $10 card purchased lets you receive discounts at more than 70 local merchants and businesses in the Estes Valley. "Friendship Cards make great gifts, whether you live in Estes Park or visit throughout the year," said Karen Thompson, Noon Rotary President. "It's an inexpensive gift that can be used all year long by residents and visitors alike!" Dale Bonza, EP News, 12/15/23
Cards are also available in our lobby on Thursdays. Volunteers are needed to check on supplies at the above listed stores and to collect money on a weekly basis. This task requires very little time and is an excellent way to demonstrate "Service Above Self".

Find Your Rotary Member Number
Do you know your member number? I will be inserting two members' numbers in the Spoke somewhere each week. If you find your number and let me know, I will add a dollar to the Happy Money jar. Have fun reading the Spoke!
