November 17 Meeting Notes
President Thor Homme called the meeting to order at noon. With a flourish, he presented the 2016-17 theme banner: Rotary Serving Humanity. Jack Boatman gave the invocation; Dave Evans led us in singing “Edelweiss” in honor of the snow forecast, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance; Pete Sinnott introduced guests, of whom there were none, so he welcomed Bob Brunson back to the friendship of our club. Bob received the first of many rounds of applause.
Levity and Brevity: Scott Thompson perpetrated a groaner about Santa Claus and clocks.

Program
Ken TeSelle thanked the many club members for their support and involvement in the Estes Park Medical Park Foundation. He introduced our speaker, Estes Park Medical Center Foundation Executive Director Kevin Mullin. Kevin presented 10 myths circulating in the community and then set the record straight on each. Need more information on truth and myth? Contact Kevin Mullin: Kmullin@epmedcenter.com or call him at (970) 577-4306. Or just go to GivetoEPMC.org.
Thor presented Kevin Mullin with a book for the children’s library, “A Morning with Grandpa.” No one is sure why this tome was selected for the dapper, young CEO….
