Plans are being made for our meeting on January 16th to develop a strategic plan for our growth based on the results of our Membership Satisfaction Surveys.
The Past President’s Report:
Will be addressed by President Barry Hannigan at our next
regular Rotary meeting.
The President Elect’s Report:
No meetings on Dec 26 and Jan 2.
We will have meeting on Jan 30 as the fourth one for the
month.
No meeting on Feb 6 due to remodeling at the Legion.
Under Old Business Sarah tried to send our new Club Constitution to both the District and Rotary International as stated in RI’s Constitution. We were told it was not necessary. I will follow up on that.
Under New Business:
voted to renew our signage at the Rec District
to create two committees: Audit and Insurance
to not accept advertising in the Spoke.
Committee Reports were next on the Agenda.
Fund Development:
New Friendship cards are here.
Foundation Dinner is December 10; 45 people signed up.
Membership:
Can now share information on Clubrunner with committee
members.
Coffee Klatch December 7th, 8:30 AM at the Inkwell
Public Image meeting December 16th, 2 PM via Zoom
Considering Satellite Club with school employees
Youth Services:
Successful Interact Club Event at Catch The Glow.
Raised $600 in donations for Bright Christmas but too late so will develop another service project.
