Other than Rotary, which community organizations are you involved in? How does that involvement reflect what you most value about Rotary? Cheyenne Frontier Days as volunteer on the Public Relations Committee along with 4 or 5 different horse organizations. It is important to give back to your community.
Why did you join Rotary? I Originally joined to meet people in Cheyenne and for the programs.
What has been your favorite speaker or event with Rotary? When Bob Womack spoke about the people of the Dump I realized there was much more to Rotary than I had realized. Service above self is most important to me. I enjoy reading to my 4th grade class every week.
What advice would you give to a person just joining or considering joining Rotary? Become active on a committee as soon as possible.
What is a life lesson that you have learned though Rotary? There are millions of people in this world who are suffering every day and need help.
What is your favorite book (business and/or pleasure)? What did you love about it? The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings.I have read it 3 or 4 times, it was the first book of its type that I read.One of my college professors told me about it.
What is your favorite sports team (college or pro)? Wyoming Cowboys
Favorite theater production or movie? What did you love about it? The man who shot Liberty Valance. Best John Wayne movie ever.
