Celebration of Vocations Continues! Rotarians see the value in all professions, and we'll learn from our speakers this month about efforts to help students explore careers in nearby districts. Thank you to Dick Hall for coordinating our speakers this month.
(PS- I know Rotary International celebrates Vocational month in January. Remember, there are no Rotary police. We can do our own thing and make our own rules!)
Announcer:
Host: Dick Hall
Speaker: Brian Bachtel, Kent Roosevelt High School
ATTENTION: Easy Fundraiser for Our Club!!!
Please plan on visiting the Stow Dairy Queen on Tuesday, February 26 from 4-7 p.m.
Our club will earn a proportion of the sales that night. No flyer necessary. Eat-in or take-out qualifies.
Load up on the good kind of Blizzards for a change!
Would you like to make an announcement on Wednesday? Don't forget to let Annie know by Tuesday evening! (please and thank you)
The Rotary District Conference is coming up on Friday and Saturday, April 12 and 13 at the Cleveland Airport Marriott. This conference is your best introduction to all things Rotary. Please consider attending -- all expenses paid by our club-- and help us learn about the best practices taking place all over the world in membership, fundraising, and community service. We need to show up and learn so we can grow our club and make it the best it can be. And even more importantly, our friend Bob Oborn has planned a great event with Interact students throughout the district and we want to support him.
