We will be holding these virtual meetings at least through the end of May.

 

We have decided that we would offer the club the opportunity to donate their weekly breakfast money to selected organizations during this time we are not meeting.  Another way for us to help out community. For April money that comes in will be split among, Bulldog Bags, The Akron-Canton Foodbank, Ronald McDonad House and the employees of Silver Lake who have been laid off.  Checks made out to Rotary Club of Stow-Munroe Falls Rotary can be sent to Annette Oborn at 381 Silver Valley Blvd, Munroe Falls, OH 44262. 

 

I am so very happy to report that as usual our members stepped up in a big way and collected $1300 for the month of April!! Annette has sent a check for $325 to the four organizations we picked. Thank you to everyone who donated!!  We will continue to donate money in May and pick 4 more organizations to donate to. Please send your checks to Annette at the address listed above. Your weekly amount is $13 and if you decide to send one check the amount is $52 or whatever you have in your Rotary heart to give!

 

Marty Tass says that he received word that there will only be three Adopt-A-Spot locations this year.  He has requested that we receive one of these spots.

Foodbank Volunteering: On hold for now

 

Heroes Day: as we know it is canceled for now but we are working on a way to honor our heroes.  

President Elect: We still need a PE for the 2021-2022 year.  Talk to Carrie or Linda Trevorrow, our 2020-2021 President if you are interested.   It is your chance to be a hero!  

 

Reverse Raffle/Silent Auction: Still scheduled for October 14.
