Thank you to all who helped with the Heroes Day on Friday and Saturday! What a great turn out and fun time visiting with our local heroes! Thank you Jeff Film for organizing this great event. So proud to be part of it.

 

Annie is doing a great job keeping our facebook page updated. Please send any pictures of projects or events to her so that we can get people excited about our club. 

 

Membership Drive has begun! We will have FREE breakfast coupons at the meeting tomorrow. If you have a guest you would like to bring to Rotary, put their name, info and your name on back and if they join, you will receive $50.00 OFF OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FOR EACH MEMBER YOU BRING IN!!!

 

 

John Long will be taking over as Treasurer in July with help from Linda and Rich when he is away! We are still looking for a president elect-elect! This position will be for the 2024-25 year but a lot of training happens the year before so the sooner it is filled the easier the position will be. Please think about this position and if you think it might be a way you can give back, please let me know. We want to do something a little different for the 24-25 president: If you don't think you have been in the club long enough to take on the roll, do not fret. We will have a former President mentor you and be there for you! Please step up if this is something you want to do. The year really goes quick and if I can do it, I have faith that any one of you can do it!! Please step up.

 

Golf outing coming up soon and we need golfers!! This year it will be at Fox Den and we will have a dinner afterwards. Mark your calendar for Friday June 16 for this event,  This year's price has stayed the same but there is a steak dinner following the event!! If you can't go but still want to help out we are looking for donations of golf balls, gift cards or things that can go into the golfers swag bag. Please bring your donations to the meeting soon so we know what else we need to get.  Thank you so much for your generosity!

 

On the fifth Wednesday this month we will be going to Sarah's Vineyard on May 31st at 6pm. There will be a sign-up sheet at the meeting if you would like to join us. If you can't make it to the meeting but would like to go, just drop me a note and we will add your name. This is an order off the menu so you can spend as much or as little as you like. Just a nice evening of fellowship. Feel free to bring guests. Children are allowed but must be seated next to parents at all times according to their website.

 

A lot is happening and we want you to be part of it. If  you have a project that you would like us to get involved in, please let us know, We want you to share your passions, especially if they involve Service above Self!!
