Good Morning! Meeting this Wednesday Bellacinos, Fishcreek Rd Stow 7:45AM Come Early for Breakfast 7:15AM $14.00 This week we have Jennifer Coleman introducing Joyce Hunt who will speaking on the Emergency Assistant Center. The Emergency Assistance Center is a food pantry in Northfield, Ohio which serves 12 surrounding communities. They provide food, clothing, personal hygiene items, and seasonal support to our Northeast Ohio neighbors in need on a monthly basis. So please come to support our speaker and hear about the great works they are doing. A big kudos goes out to President Dunton and his volunteers who worked the Sunset Blast this weekend. They raised $2,150.00 total. The lucky winner, Clarence Scott of Cuyahoga Falls, walked away with $1,075.00. Great job group!! Our Reverse Raffle is quickly approaching on October 9th at Guy's Party Center. The Reverse Raffle fundraising event also includes a Silent Auction and Wine Pull. We are looking for baskets, bottles of wine and/or gift cards. Any suitable product you could donate to us would be much appreciated. This one of our largest fundraisers—one that aids the missions of our Rotary Club as a member of District 6630. Money raised at the event will be donated to local recipients in our district such as Akron-Canton Regional Food Bank, Interact Club, Rotary Connect the World, 4-Way Speech Contest, Stuff the bus, Bulldog Bags, Inc., and Heroes Day in May. Our goal is that every member attend and/or sell a ticket or two if possible. Please send all social media items to Annie. She is doing a great job keeping our Facebook page updated. Speaking of social, every month with a 5th Wednesday, we replace our morning meeting with a social gathering in the evening.
