This week is the 5th Thursday of October so no regular lunch meeting.   We have reserved the room at Green Valley Brewing Co. at 6:00 this Thursday for our social.  Always a great chance to gather for fellowship outside of a regular meeting.  The address is 53 Milford Dr, Hudson Ohio 44236

Last week we had the chance to welcome Bryan Rush and learn about Cuyahoga Falls Little League North.  Not only has the complex on Wyoga Lake Road grown but they now draw players from Cuyahoga Falls, Stow and Hudson.   As with many volunteer organizations, they are always in need of volunteers and sponsors.

In football pool news both the Regular and Revival are down to 4 players each.  We may be getting close to a winner soon!

If you don’t know what to do for dinner this Wednesday, the Woodridge Interact Club is having a fundraiser at Raising Cane’s on Howe Road.  Mention the fundraiser when ordering from 4-8 and they will donate 15% of Net Sales to the Interact Club.  More info on the flyer below.

We are only 8 days away from Election Day which means 2 things.  The end of Political ads for another cycle and more importantly our annual blood drive.  As of last meeting we could still use some volunteers for the 4-6 shift if you are available.  There are also time slots available from Noon to 6:00 to donate.  

The raffle baskets are filling up my dining room but there is always room for more.  I will be at the Social this Thursday if you have auction items to drop off.
