Valentine's Day Penny Raffle 2013

The Jefferson Rotary Club has picked its annual Valentine's Day fundraiser raffle.  Rock Creek resident Donna Yan is the winner of the grand prize.  Her prize is a 14-karat, white gold diamond bracelet featuring 3.00ct of round and baguette diamonds.  The Valentine's Day Raffle is called a "penny' raffle because the cost of each ticket is determined by the ticket number multiplied by $.01.  A ticket can cost anywhere from a penny to a maximum of $10.  Pictured, left to right, Jim Hofstetter of J.R.
