The Rotary Club of Jefferson was founded in 1926.  Rotary is a worldwide organization of business and professional leaders who provide humanitarian service and help to build goodwill and peace in the world.  The Jefferson club is part of approximately 1.2 million men and women Rotarians worldwide, who as volunteers, help serve the needs of communities worldwide.

Among the projects that the Jefferson Rotary Club sponsors are:

·         Vocational Service Projects

·         Community Service Projects

·          4 Way Speech Contest

·         Student Scholarships

·         International Projects

Among the fund raising projects that the Jefferson Rotary Club is active include the Jefferson Rotary Father's Day Dash 5k in June, the Ham & Bean Soup sale during the Covered Bridge Festival and an all year fund raiser-aluminum can recycling program.  You can find the aluminum can bins in various spots throughout the Jefferson village.

Jefferson Rotarians catch the vision and feel the satisfaction of serving by the Rotary motto "Service Above Self".
