"Heroin in the Heartland: Devastation on our Doorstep"
The Honarable Mary Margaret Rowlands
About Our Heroin Problem
This death-dealing drug is cheap, widespread and merciless. And this year it will likely end more lives in the county than homicide. This region is on track to have a record-breaking number of heroin deaths.
Many slip away after shooting, snorting or smoking the opiate.
Judge Rowlands wants to do something to stop the epidemic. Come meet her and listen to her talk about what the Summit County Court System is doing to try and drive this problem down.
