β€˜Twas the night of our dinner, and all through the town,
Rotarians were ready in their best evening gowns. πŸ’ƒπŸ•Ί
At ALE Amberwood, where the lights twinkled bright,
We’d gather for merriment, βœ¨ a magical night.

The tables were set β„ with such festive care,
In hopes that our members soon would be there. β›„
Dressed semi-formal, in suits and fine wear,
For Santa πŸŽ… had checked all attire with care.

When out from the gifts came laughter and cheer,
For our Christmas exchange was finally here! πŸŽ
Bring one from your home, wrapped with delight,
A treasure to re-gift, it’ll surely feel right.

Keep it under thirty πŸ’² , no need to go grand,
A festive small treasure from your own wonderland.
At 6:30 PM, on December the fifth, πŸ“…
The joy of our club will give all spirits a lift.

So come one, come all, with a RSVP'd spot,
For a Christmastime dinner πŸ˜‹πŸ½, you’ll love it a lot!
Fellowship and giving, the Rotary way,
With Kanata Rotarians brightening the day. πŸŽ„
For those who prefer something more to the point:

For those attending, our Kanata Rotary Christmastime Dinner will be coming up this week Thursday December 5 at  6:30 PM at ALE Amberwood Lounge & Eatery located at  54 Springbrook Dr, Stittsville in Amberwood Village.

DRESS CODE: The dress code is semi-formal or business attireβ€”no jeans or t-shirts, please.

GIFT EXCHANGE: As part of the holiday fun, we’re hosting a Christmas Gift Exchange! Here’s how it works:

  • Bring one wrapped gift (nicely wrapped or in a gift bag) to participate.
  • The gift should be something from your home that you’d like to re-gift.
  • Keep the value under $30β€”think of it as an opportunity to declutter, rehome something fun, or share a quirky item with someone else.
