2010 Hike for Hospice

Friends of Hospice Ottawa's "6th Annual Hike for Hospice Palliative Care" is part of a national event sponsored by the Canadian Palliative Care Association. All funds raised remain with Friends of Hospice Ottawa to continue its work in our community. The Rotary Club of Ottawa Kanata Sunrise is proud to be the sponsor for this year's event. You can make a difference in your community!

The hike is a day of family fun and entertainment! Enjoy the music of the Swivel Hips Band, play some games, have your face painted by a professional face-painter, visit a City of Ottawa Fire Truck up close, and place a leaf on the Memory Tree in remembrance or in honour of a loved one.

Please join our hike at Andrew Haydon Park, or come with your pledges and relax, have lunch and enjoy the on site activities. You can download a pledge form on the bottom right of this webpage, under "Downloads".
