Mums for Thanksgiving 2026 Order Form
Thank you for supporting the Rotary Club of Kanata’s Mums for Thanksgiving fundraiser.
Please use this form to place your order for Thanksgiving mums. Mums are $20 per plant, with a minimum order of 5 plants. Orders must be submitted by Tuesday, July 21, 2026, and deliveries will take place October 1–3, 2026.
You may order mums for one delivery address, multiple recipients such as clients or customers, or for self-delivery. Please complete the form with your contact information, order quantity, delivery preferences and any recipient details or special instructions.
A Rotary volunteer may follow up to confirm details for larger or more complex orders.
Every mum purchased helps support Rotary service projects locally and internationally. Thank you for helping us share gratitude, colour and community impact this Thanksgiving.
