Please join the Geauga West Rotary Club and your friends and neighbors for a Valentine celebration in support of the many ways that Rotary serves the western Geauga County community.

Location: Generations Reception Center 12809 Chillicothe Road, Chesterland, Ohio
Goodies Include: Appetizers, Buffet Dinner, Open Bar, Desserts
Events Include: Main Raffle, Silent Auction, Chinese Auction, Sideboards, Dancing
Your purchase of a ticket enters you into the Main Raffle ($1,000 First Prize), plus a ticket for the Geauga Maple Splash Raffle. (Monthly drawings start in January, final drawings in July. Grand prize is a 2021 Mustang from Preston Autos. Details attached.)
Tickets are $100 per person. Please make checks payable to Chesterland Rotary Foundation.
Geauga West Rotary Hearts for Service Valentine Celebration
Dinner Details: Included with each meal are red/white pizza appetizers (served), dinner rolls, gourmet Italian salad. Entrees are buffet style: Chicken Milanese, Cavatelli, Eggplant Rollups, Green Beans Amandine. Dessert/coffee buffet table after dinner. Please advise any dietary restrictions at time of ticket purchase.
Bar Details: Open bar stocked with red/white wines, beer, liquor, beverages, and wash. All glass barware/stemware. Please enjoy the bar offerings responsibly.
Main Raffle Details: Included with your meal ticket is a ticket for the Main Raffle ($1,000 first prize). It will be automatically entered.
Sideboard Details: $10 and $5 sideboards will be open until sold out. Drawings will be during main raffle drawing.
Silent Auction: Silent auction packages will be open for bidding starting at 6 PM. A mix of travel, entertainment/dining, sports, fashion/personal care packages are expected. Your ticket number is your bidding number. Bidding rules will be clearly listed.
Chinese Auction: Tickets for Chinese Auction items will be sold prior to and after dinner. Items will be on display starting at 6 PM.
Maple Splash Raffle: Also included in your dinner ticket is a ticket for the 2022 Geauga Maple Splash Raffle. This raffle occurs as a series of early bird drawings January – May ($1,000 prize each), culminating in the master raffle (15 prizes) in July. The grand prize is a 2021 Ford Mustang. Your ticket is good for all drawings.
You will be able to purchase additional Maple Splash raffle tickets for $20 each before and after dinner.
