Five high school seniors are recognized by Lebanon Rotary as April Students of the Month.

The Rotary of Lebanon recently recognized five high school seniors from Lebanon area high schools as Students of the Month for April, 2010. Each student was presented a certificate of recognition for their scholastic achievements, community service, and leadership skills. Students are nominated for this special honor by their high school's faculty and administration. The students who were recognized are: Ashley Artz and Christopher Black from Lebanon High School; Darius Zook and Linda Chey from Lebanon Catholic School; Ben Christman from Northern Lebanon High School. Ben Christman is also a student of the Lebanon County Career and Technology Center. Several parents of these students also attended the Tuesday luncheon meeting for the award presentations held in the Hilltop Café at the Lebanon County Career and Technology Center. Lebanon Rotary supports numerous activities to both recognize and benefit local youth including: Students of the Month; college scholarships, support for Lebanon County Career and Technology students attending national competitions; and scholarships for the annual Rotary Youth Leadership Conference held at Messiah College every June.
