The Seasons are Changing, so are the Leaves and the Club Meetings!
Summer in North Eastern Ohio may be winding down after Labor Day but, the activities of the Rotary Club of Barberton are still going strong!
We are still continuing to support community activities and worth causes and will continue to do so. We received recognition in the Barberton Herald for our work on the signage for the Tow Path Trail informational signage on the three (3) signs along the Barberton section. In addition, we have attempted a press release on our activities to clean up McCafferty Park.
One item which I was remiss in addressing during our past Board Meeting was a donation on behalf of the Root family. Please bring comments...
Your Board of Directors has approved an expenditure in support of the Barberton Library Levy in the amount of $500, and a $50 donation to the Sparkles Cheer Squad... Ann will talk about this at greater length on September 17th.
Additionally, I will be getting an Endorsement Letter to the Library for our support of the Levy.
Between the Lines
Thank you all for your patients while I attempt to learn to use the new Club Runner website, particularly this BULLETIN section.
