You will want to arrive early for the meeting this week. We will be having a breakfast buffet. The club will be sponsoring the buffet, but donations of $5.00 per person will be accepted to defer its cost-payable to Barberton Rotary Club if you are writing a cheque.
This weeks speaker is the 4 Way Test Speech Contest. Speakers from Manchester and Norton High Schools will be participating on the contest by presenting a speech to our club.The purpose of the speech is to solve an ethical problem using the principles of the Four Way Test. The ethical problem to be solved should be something from the speaker's personal experience or general knowledge. There are no restrictions regarding the choice of topic as long as it is not blatantly offensive. Each one of the four parts of the Four Way Test should be addressed during the speech. The winner of the contest will get to represent our club at the District 6630 4 Way Test Speech Contest to be held April 2nd at Aurora High School.
The Barbertonopoly sales team met following last weeks meeting and discussed our sales efforts of the various spots on the board and board pieces. Also discussed was targeted sales ideas.
