We recognized several guests at this meeting. Our guests included Tina Linton and Theresa Lyons with Christian Health Ministries, Kelly Smith with Mancan Temporary Staffing Employment Agency, Jason Ondrus, Assistant Superintendent for Business Operations and Personnel. Student Services, and our speaker, Ilene Shapiro,Summit County's first female County Executive.
Jason and Jeff Ramnytz shared the importance of issue 28- a renewal and not a new tax. Support was requested for this issue and information was distributed.
Ilene talked about some of the challenges and directions Summit County is taking with regarding to the aging population, and drug overdoses.
