The meeting was called to order by club president, Jim Sawin. Guests and birthdays were recognized. Treasurer Vic advised the golf outing realized a profit of $9200 and commended the hard work of the club, and the volunteers. Special thanks to Rick Fisher, Critch and top raffle ticket seller, Dave Stephens. Dave sold 104 tickets. Vic shared that as next weeks meeting was the last one of this Rotary year there will be a celebration buffet. It is suggested our members bring a prospective Rotarian as a guest to join us.

The list was passed around of attendees for our recognition dinner on June 28 at Diamond Match. So far, we have 25 people attending, the cost is $20 per person for the meal. It is BYOB if you desire something to drink other than punch or tap water.

Our speaker was Jeff Stewart of Stewart Pest Control. Jeff was introduced by Dave Stephens. Jeff shared some of their top insect complaints: bed bugs, bees, stink bugs, and ants. The list changes around from year to year. Jeff shared some interesting facts about bed bugs: Cleveland, Ohio is #1 in the country for bed bugs, and bed bugs can live for a year and a half with out any food.
