Jayne Snyder (President) and Katee Blizzard (VP) of the Ocean City High School Interact Club gave us an excellent summary of their community service activities.
Both Jayne and Katee shared the many activities, including - but not limited to:
End-to-End Bike in OC every spring (Earth Day)
Alex's Lemonade Stand (Helping raise over $1500 for childhood cancer)
Support to and concerts at the Stainton Senior's Center
Senior's Prom (aka AARP?)
Hosting an International Dinner @ OCHS where admission is an unopened toy for needy 10-12yp kids, 8 Dec @ OCHS Caf.

Afterschool Cookie Sale, 10 Dec
Cookie Walk benefiting Community Foodbank of South Jersey, buy cookies by the pound, 17 Dec @ OCHS Caf.
Make-A-Wish Skate-a-thon (31 Dec, 9am-3pm @ Flyers Skate Zone)
Make-A-Wish Teddy Bear Sales
Special thanks to all our Interact Students as well as the OCHS faculty advisor Phyllis Turner and our Interact Club Liason, Nancy Hannum.
[Note: Jayne also represented OCHS at the 2010 Rotary Youth Leadership Awards at Stockton College last June. Jayne was recognized for the best essay of the 150+ students attending. PDG Ken Thorpe has chaired this amazing event for many years.]
