Meeting: November 15, 2018

At our most recent meeting, on November 15, Nancy Pereira of Associates for Human Services, Inc. shared her work as Program Director for Wise Adult Day Health. When faced with the reality of a long-term care facility, this program is a great option for adults to "age in place" and remain at home with a caregiver while spending Monday through Friday with a great team of caring personal assistants and skilled nursing professionals.
