We welcome our first student guests; Alicia Wenn from Scottsbluff High and Rebecca Boyd from Gering High. Both plan to attend college. Our Program today was John Mentgen to speak about Regional West Health Services now Infusion Center. He began by complimenting the care our region expects and receives.  An Infusion Center allow for intravenous administration of medications or nutrition when conditions are so severe that oral medication no longer is effective.  The new center is designed to allow care to be administered as easy, comfortable and convenient as possible. Patients attend the center on a regular basis so it needs to be welcoming and comfortable. Dr. Vince Bjorling is the medical director and Regional West is in partnership with the University Of Nebraska Medical Center and the new Buffett Cancer Center.  The presentation ended with pictures of the new facility.
