Congratulations to Julianna Quiroga and Ernesto Cabrera (not in attendance) this years MER Scholarship recipients. We received 6 applications this year and all were worthy. Thank you to Rotarians Anne and Susan for making the hard decision and Rotarians Phil and Sue for being there for us!
