Armenia

The capital city of Armenia, Yerevan, is the home of the first club in the country. At the time of this report there are only two (2) clubs in the country. Armenia is a small country with a total area of 29,800 sq km and a total population of 2,407,460. Russian and Armenian are the official languages.

The first club to be formed was the Rotary Club of Yerevan which was chartered on 13 November 1996.

The second, the  Rotary Club of Giumri was chartered in 29 December 1998.
