Friday Drop Off Time: | Friday arrive at the Dutch Mill Park and Ride between 5:30 pm – 6 pm (out of town students only) |
Friday Activities: | Local families will host out-of-town students. Families will provided dinner and breakfast. |
Saturday Drop Off Time: | Saturday arrive at Noon at First United Methodist Church, 203 Wisconsin Avenue, Madison (1 block off of Capital Square) |
Saturday Activities: | 12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch at Ian’s or other State Street Eatery 2:00 pm Tour of the Capital 3:30 pm See Capital Square and State Street 4:30 pm Meet back at church 6:00 pm Potluck Dinner 8:00 pm Rent at the Overture Center |
Sunday Activities: | 7:00 am Wake-up, pack and dress 8:00 am Breakfast provided by local Rotary Club 9:00 am Sunday Service at the church / Meet with youth group afterwards 10:30 – 11:15 am Pick up in alley behind church |

Madison RYE Weekend for District 6250 Inbound Rotary Youth Exchange will take place the week-end of January 5th – 7th in Madison, Wisconsin. Out of town students are to arrive between 5:30 - 6 pm on Friday. Local Madison area students do not need to participate on Friday, only the student from out of town will be placed with host families on Friday.

Students please bring:
- sleeping bags (Saturday we will be slipping on the floor in a multipurpose room)
- pillow
- towels
- warm clothing (We will be walking outside to downtown locations)
- cameras
- toiletries
- pajamas appropriate for mixed group
- extra money for shopping on State Street (not required).
