District Conference 2017 Update

Experience the Magic of Your Presidency and DG Sheryl Meehan's year by attending the District Conference May 19, 20 Salem Mass. The Presidents from Salem, Lynn, Beverly, Danvers, Peabody and Ipswich are spearheading this celebration. Here are some highlights:
 
  • Friday May 19th Noon: DG Sheryl Meehan is asking you to hold your meeting at the Hawthorne Inn in Salem for Remembrance of Fellow Rotarians who have passed, awards, fellowship and more!!
  • Friday Night Cruise on the Hannah Glover from 6-9 followed by a pub crawl through downtown Salem.
  • Saturday Morning: Join fellow Rotarians on service projects around the Salem area organized by our Presidents. The focus will be on homelessness. Family, friends, Interactors and Rotaractors are all welcome. Lunch will follow with highlights from the projects.
  • Saturday Afternoon: A scavenger hunt is planned around Salem and Rotaract will be providing training sessions.
  • Saturday Night: FUN! FUN! FUN! Dinner and dancing to Finish off our celebration!! We are pleased to announce our very own Bill Beckman will be performing with his band Horizon & the Horns! A night NOT to miss!!!
The committee is busy finalizing details. Registration will begin in January so be on the look out for further information and cost. Register early!! Expected to be a sell out!!!

If you wish to stay at the Hawthorne Inn I suggest you call soon as only 10 rooms were held and it is also the graduation weekend of Salem State University. Ask for the Rotary District Conference.
