The Chelsea Rotary Club softball team and their fans celebrated winning the 2017 Softball League championship at Castle Hill Park in Salem. The Chelsea team defeated the Salem/Marblehead team 5 – 2 in the championship game. The Chelsea team won the regular season with a 5 – 3 record. To win the championship Chelsea had to defeat the Beverly Rotary Club in the 1st round 2 games to none and then defeat the Salem/Marblehead team 2 games to none in the championship series. The Chelsea softball team was made up of Rotarians from the Chelsea, Everett and Salem, NH Rotary Clubs.2017 Softball League Champions!
