The District Membership Committee (DMC) is inviting you to a webinar about the New Membership Goal Setting Worksheet.
New this year: the DMC will be providing Club Presidents and Membership Committee Chairs a new customized membership goal setting worksheet that is design to (a) help clubs understand average membership metrics, such as attrition rate, attraction rate, and their resulting average net growth rate over the past three years; and (b) to learn from these numbers whether the club has a retention or attraction problem; and (c) to use the worksheet to come up with realistic membership goals for the current Rotary year.
In this webinar we will explain the new worksheet format and walk you through some examples to explain the metrics and the goal setting process.
This webinar is primarily intended for Club Presidents and Membership Committee members, but anyone interested in membership growth is invited to join.
The Zoom link will be provided to all registrants via email on the day of the event.
