UPDATED GOVERNING DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE

Updated electronic versions of RI’s Manual of Procedure, Bylaws and Constitution are now available HERE.

They incorporate the recent changes made by the Council on Legislation. Clubs should adopt the Standard Rotary Club Constitution and revise the updated Club By-Laws to conform to the Club’s practices.
