We have determined not to hold the Paul Harris Gala in this year that Rotary Opens Opportunities. We will recognize PHS Members as part of our Celebration at the Centennial in Gulfport in May, 2021...and show yet again our ability to adapt...the true tag line of the 2020-2021 Rotary Year!The Paul Harris Society Gala Committee has been hard at work for months trying to find a way to hold this event. The Higgins Hotel could not have been more gracious and accommodating, but with the steady rise of cases of COVID, the higher rates of contagion that follow holidays and social events, and the leadership of Rotary International in Disease Prevention and Treatment, this event is canceled.

If you hade a hotel reservation, please note that The Higgins Hotel has generously agreed to honor the rate we secured for this event ($159). We DID NOT cancel your reservations. Please contact the hotel directly by calling 833-357-1172 if you decide not to take advantage of this opportunity to be in New Orleans at this gorgeous, brand new hotel.

A Paul Harris Society member is a Rotarian who pledges to donate $1000 annually to The Rotary Foundation. All Rotarians are invited to make this pledge and do their best! To get you started, remember that the "G-Force" of DG Elizabeth, DGE Bob Vaughn, DGN Regina Wedig, and DGND Vicky Gutierrez will be matching points for all donations of $125 made prior to December 31...and we thank you all for your generosity and commitment to Do Good in the World.
