We believe that protecting all youth involved in Rotary programs is critical. District 6270 is committed to creating and maintaining the safest possible environment for all participants in Rotary activities. It is the duty of all Rotarians, Rotarian's spouses, partners, and any other volunteers to safeguard to the best of their ability the welfare of and to prevent the physical, sexual, or emotional abuse of children and young people with whom they come into contact.

 

Families and youth serving organizations trust Rotary International District 6270 and Rotary Clubs within the District to provide quality leadership and care for youth who are involved in Rotary-sponsored programs. The opportunity to work with youth is a privileged position that should be held only by those who are willing to demonstrate behaviors that fulfill this trust.
