PDG Doug Curtis' Rotary District Project on Window Inserts kicked off September 18th in Ellsworth, Maine at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Our district is working with Window Dressers to provide window inserts to low income residents. Other community builds are scheduled for this year in Orono, Manchester, Belfast, Camden, Calais, Castine, Winthrop and next year in Presque Isle, Maine.
