Rotarian since 2001, Serge has been a member of the Rotary Club of Ste-Foy and, for the last 7years, of the Rotary Club of Alma. He served as Club President, Assistant Governor and Governor 2012-2013. He also served as Membership chair for the Canadian side of the district in 2019-2022 , General Treasurer of District 2020-2023 and district learning facilitator since march 2024.
