Every three years, the RI Council on Legislation (COL) convenes with representatives from every district to determine what changes are to be made to ensure that Rotary International continues it's best and highest mission of Service above Self. Some years there are not many items affecting clubs. This year, there are many changes that will affect our clubs and our district. Please click on the links at left to see a summary (top link) of the ways your club may be affected. For more detail on other enactments, click on the files numbered 1-7 for the topic you would like to review. Our representative to the COL, PDG Claude Martel, has prepared these documents for our information. If you have questions, please feel free to contact Claude by clicking on his name.
