ROTARY DISTRICT 7120
"SINGER OF THE YEAR" VOCAL COMPETITION

The Vocal Competition is open to all Juniors or Seniors from any schools within our District. Each Club is encouraged to contact their local high school music teacher or vocal coach and ask for their help in selecting worthy students to participate in this annual competition. The fee of $75 (per student) is to be paid by the club supporting each student.

There will be scholarships awarded to the top three winners of this contest. A $1,000 cash scholarship for 1st place, a $500 cash scholarship for 2nd place and a $300 cash scholarship for 3rd place. Roberts Wesleyan College will host the finals of this contest and offer the winner(s) a scholarship to their school if they attend as a music major.

The student who wins first place will be asked to perform at this year's District 7120 conference.

Details, including the dates of this conference, will be provided to the winner upon completion of the competition.

The District will cover the cost for this student to attend the Conference.
