Grant Management Seminars
 

To participate in Rotary Foundation Programs including Global and District Simplified Grants during Rotary year 2016-2017, a club is required to become certified/re-certified and accomplish the following four tasks:

  1. Each club President-Elect and Foundation Chair, or their representatives, are required to attend a district sponsored Grant Management Seminar (GMS)
  2. Club president and president-elect must sign a Memorandum of Understanding (Club MOU) crafted by The Rotary Foundation
  3. Club president and president-elect must sign the District 7120 Addendum to the Club MOU
  4. Each club must adopt and retain document retention and financial management policies required by the MOU.
