I consider it an extreme privilege to lead this district; thank you for entrusting me with the care of this wonderful organization for the next 365 days. Laurie and I are already “on the road” visiting all 17 Areas in our District, and we look forward to meeting each and every one of you!

The theme for the 2017-18 Rotary year, “Rotary: Making A Difference”, was developed by Rotary International President Ian Riseley, and reflects why many join and stay in Rotary; we want to make a difference in our community, and in our world.  We make lasting friendships with those who want to give something back, and this friendship strengthens our service because together, we can accomplish so much more. As your Governor, I see my role as being the Chief Resource Officer for the 88 clubs and nearly 5,000 Rotarians in our district. The District only exists to provide a wide range of assistance to Clubs; it is our sole purpose.  Our 2017-18 District Directory and Web Site identify the broad range of committees staffed with experienced Rotarians waiting for your call.
