Qualicum Beach Sunrise and Parksville AM Rotarians Introduce Students to Occupations

Qualicum Beach Sunrise and Parksville AM Rotarians, School District 69, and Trades council BC, jointly sponsored “YES 2 IT, TRY A TRADE DAY” a Trade Fair that attracted over 600 Grade 7 and 8 Oceanside students and their parents. The students were able to participate “hands on” in 25 different trades and technologies, everything from Culinary Arts to Plumbing to Aerospace Technology.
