Who Should Attend:

For 2023, all clubs should have a member who is designated as the RYLA Coordinator. This might be the Youth Services Chair, or Interact Club advisor from your club (not school). Whoever is the responsible party for registering campers is your RYLA Coordinator. If your club has not identified who your RYLA Coordinator is yet for 2023, please do so this month. It is strongly encouraged that each club is represented by at least one member at this event. If a RYLA Coordinator is not identified, or is unable to attend, someone from the club's leadership team should attend in their place.

Participation by each club is one step we can take to ensuring that RYLA 2023 is a full camp once again. At the event, coordinators can expect Coffee and Light Breakfast to be provided, a RYLA Swag Giveaway, and to go home with their own RYLA Coordinator Playbook for step by step guidance throughout the year. Each club will be given RYLA 2023 Posters and Brochures as marketing materials to be put up and handed out in schools.

What's Provided At The Event:

  • Coffee and light breakfast
  • Swag Giveaway
  • Coordinator Playbook
  • RYLA 2023 Posters and Brochures
