Greg Garner: Greg formed Garner Mediation Services, LLC in 2018 with the credo "The aim of argument should not be victory, but progress," borrowed from British philosopher Karl Popper.  This belief served him well over 30 years as a business transactions attorney (including 12 years as a Personnel Director for an IT company).

Greg mediates volunteers as a mediator with OvalOptions for Conflict Management, Inc., the Denver Bar Association’s Court Mediation Services (“CMS”), and Metro Volunteer Lawyers (“MVL”).  In 2019, Greg was honored to be named co-Mediator of the Year by Jefferson County Mediation Services.

Our topic for discussion on February 4, 2021, is "Principled (win/win) Negotiation."  In an open discussion format, we will look at how the principles of collaborative mediation may be utilized by anyone to promote peaceful resolution of disputes, with results "beneficial to all concerned." There will be an opportunity for small group interaction as well!
