Minnesota has lost a dedicated Rotarian who boasted perfect attendancefor over 50 years. John Votca, Greater Mankato Rotary Club, was District Governor from 1994-95 in our neighboring district, 5960. Many Rotarians knew and/or traveled with John as he attended ten RI conventions. He was 100% Czech and was instrumental in helping start the first Rotary club in Czechoslovakia. (Obituary)
