Public Image Committee
The Public Image Committee is seeking talented and passionate Rotarians to fill the following positions:
Website Support
Assist the Public Image Chair in managing the District 5950 website
- Update content on the website subpages
- Create new website subpages
- Posting District news to the home page stories
- Assisting clubs not using ClubRunner with District calendar event creation
- Coordinate with District Administrator and District Governor on event registration announcements
- Assist in adding content to the shared Rotary Midwest website
- Attend Public Image Committee meetings
Social Media Coordinator
Assist the Public Image Chair in managing the District social media channels, and measure success/reach and campaigns.
- Create and manage social content calendar and aid in strategy creation
- Schedule, create and edit posts to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Collaborate with Content Curator to gather content to share across relevant platforms
- Attend Public Image Committee meetings
Content Creation
Do you have experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Spark) or equivalent, and/or creative apps (Canva, InShot, PicsArt, video creation, etc.)? Basic skills or a desire to self-teach needed; more advance skills welcome (bonus if you have video equipment)!
- Develop content, including graphic and videos, to be shared across District 5950 media platforms
- Attend various District and club events / fundraisers to gather photo/video content
- Collaborate with Social Media Coordinator to share content across relevant platforms
- Attend Public Image Committee meetings
